Full-automatic crimping lines

This unit contains all of the equipment required to crimp an insert/connector with the leads of a cable in a single, safe, reliable process. The individual PE, L and N leads are automatically identified by a CCD color-camera system and oriented using a special mechanical system. Thus manual loading of the machine with pre-cut cable lengths presents no problems at all. The advantage to the user is a substantial increase in productivity, as no operating personnel is required for lead recognition and orientation.
